💼 Your Day-to-Day:
- Develop site grading, storm sewer, and stormwater management designs, performing detailed calculations.
- Design public and private utilities, including water/sewer mains and sanitary sewer capacity assessments.
- Craft low-speed/urban roadway and parking lot layouts that meet local, state, and federal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, MEP consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee design plans, notes, and details while coordinating utility outreach.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Credentials: Professional Engineer registration in Ohio (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Experience: 4+ years required; 10+ years preferred in site design, development, and permitting.
- Technical Skills: CAD expertise (3D modeling suites preferred) and stormwater modeling experience (HydroCAD experience is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication and the ability to mentor junior engineers effectively.
